Information of delivery: 

You will receive an e-mail from DHL with delivery information and tracking number. You can follow the way of shipment at www.dhl.com. Delivery time is approximately 1working day in Europe and 3-4 working days out of Europe (without custom).

 

When do I need to order? 

We will deliver your order to a hotel or business address in a major European city within 5 working days from the day of order receipt (order received before 11 am CET at the latest). We also deliver to private addresses if a person is available there at all times.

Please make sure to use the correct address of delivery.
 
If the deliveryman can not reach the address indicated by you (e.g. unknown address, unknown addressee, incomplete address, wrong address, nobody is available at the address), then the mail is returned to us. Before returning the mail the deliveryman usually tries to perform the delivery twice, and leaves a note at the address on the expected time of the delivery. If the mail is returned to us, it will be destroyed and you have to order the product and the delivery again. The new delivery will start upon receiving the certificate of payment for the new order.
 
Transportation tips:
Our international forwarders perform deliveries during the office hours, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. At the time of delivery the addressee or its representative has to sign that the mail has been delivered. If nobody is present at the delivery address on the day of the delivery, the forwarder company will make an attempt to deliver the following day and the day thereafter. A note is left at the address on the expected time of the deliveries. If both repeated deliveries fail, the goods are automatically returned to us. In case nobody is present at your home during office hours, then it is advisable to ask for delivery to your office or association. Please make sure to indicate an address where somebody is able to receive the mail during office hours. We call your attention that our company excludes any liability for delivering to unauthorized persons.

Delivery times:
The exact time necessary for the delivery depends on the accurate address. In most countries the majority of the cities are available within 2-3 working days. Production can not start before receiving the confirmation on the payment. Please keep it in mind when paying in advance. The back number will arrive to you within 10 working days at the latest. DHL informs the client on the exact date of dispatching the lot by e-mail.
 
International shipping:
When shipping to non-EU countries it can happen that the customs authority decides to review the consignment due to any reason, which might delay the delivery, or might even retain the consignment (due to incomplete documentation or missing certificates, for example) and contact the addressee with reference to customs clearance of the consignment. We would like to emphasize that we can not guarantee smooth export to and custom clearance in a certain country. Additionally, we can neither determine the expected amount of the custom, nor reimburse the costs related to customs. Determining and charging the amount to be paid as a custom depends on the customs regulations and the customs authority of the country. We do our best in order to optimize the shipping procedure, to cooperate with the sport association involved and to keep the consignment in the lowest possible weight category (document, delivery, sample shipment) as much as possible. Our company can not undertake any liability for difficulties incurred with the customs authority in your country.
